Presenter did great job crystalizing the issues

Very interesting information regarding piggy-backing a single filer EEOC charge to allow for multiple plaintiff or class action litigation.

Excellent presentation

This was an excellent update on the law in the area of employment. This provided insight into the Retirement Home case and several Supreme Court cases, along with those in the 6th circuit affecting employment law.
