The presenter had excellent tips on using basic psychology to elicit more truthful responses out of deponents. Additionally, the presenter dispelled a few myths about deposition tactics that I have frequently learned, specifically regarding timing of depositions and demeanor of the deposing attorney.
Some very good tips on conducting depositions and, specifically, family law depositions.
I was interested in his use of military style interrogation techniques and question structure to keep a witness on their feet.
