CLE and CME Credit

The coronavirus infection has caused a global disruption to everything we believed to be normal. As badly as we all hope things will return to normal, we are beginning to see elements of the new normal as well. Especially in the area of dispute resolution, mediators have been forced to explore new techniques, new technologies and new protocols for delivering services. This session will highlight many of the lessons learned, benefits discovered and challenges to be addressed by dispute resolution professionals in an online environment.
