LIFEtime Management: An Approach to Lawyer Time Management

Description:

The majority of lawyers' time management concerns may be traced to a deeper set of problems. The culprit is often the impact of the “Evil Trilogy” of bad lawyering habits: Procrastination, Distraction and Neglect.  In this intriguing course, Stuart Teicher, Esq. teaches lawyers how to conquer these problems and leaves us with an interesting solution to lawyer's time management woes.

Appreciated emphasis on enjoying subject matter and improving efficiencies. Long-term and short-term planning strategies were helpful, including the calendar examples of planning backwards and removing known days where projects won't move forward.

I liked most his points about creating realistic to-do lists and also that it is impossible to multi task and counter productive to attempt to do so,

Very engaging presenter.
