Immigration Law 2020: Supreme Court Review, including DACA

Over the past few years, the US Supreme Court has heard a number of critically important immigration cases. The cases have ranged in challenges to new restrictions on asylum seekers’ rights to seek judicial redress, compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals to denial of the right to a bond hearing in detention. This panel will review and discuss recent immigration law decisions and current cases before the Supreme Court.
