New Online Filing Requirements with the Secretary of State

Description:

The Secretary of State’s division of Business and Charitable Organizations is developing a new filing system that will begin rolling out early in 2022. Use of the system will be mandatory. It will allow the online filing of all documents pertaining to businesses and charities. This presentation aims to prepare practitioners who will be affected by the change by providing a description of the new system as well as a live demonstration.
