I always learn something valuable from Laura Chastain.

Fascinating. Ms. Chastain always has fresh Ethics materials, and this is my first TBA class taken with her (on-line). She is just as engaging as she was as our Ethics instructor at NSL. I will look for other classes that she teaches. One thing I might suggest is repeating the audience q as we (on-line) cannot hear it. (There was only one that was not repeated into a mic.)

Really well done.

She is always excellent in her presentation and materials and her desire to help attorneys with their practice shows through.

Good pointers on avoiding conflicts. Also some relevant old trust funds guidance

Very informative session. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Lot of material covered.

Laura Chastain has devoted her career to improving the practice of law and the behavior of lawyers in TN and this excellent presentation is yet one more example. Thank you!

I really appreciated the examples shared in this course. Very helpful for understanding potential conflict scenarios.

Very informative

I really appreciated hearing the presenter bring up the recent changes to advertising and solicitation.
