Health Law Forum 2022: Reimbursement and Provider-based regs.

Description:

Providers make decisions all the time that affect their governmental reimbursement. Some decisions may be highlighted as part of a transaction, thus affecting a buyer that is encumbered by the decisions of the seller, or that may be reflected in the sales price. These same decisions may have day-to-day operational and/or reimbursement impact for hospital operators. The presenters will discuss some of the key Medicare reimbursement and payment principles that impact hospital operations.
