This was a nice presentation addressing good habits to form in a busy world to get and stay organized and prioritize tasks.

Presenter is amazing. I really like the idea of, in addition to my professional goals, including personal goals on my daily list.

I often struggle with task management and overextending myself. Giving myself five goals to tackle each day will help me feel less anxious about tasks still in the que.

This is one of my favorite CLEs I've listened to recently, and I'll be implementing the planning tips shared by the speaker here (especially good tip related to planning the time around the to-do list--something that seems kind of obvious, but I've never even thought to do). I'd love to see more programming like this available.
