This session will identify state and federal fraud and abuse laws that govern provider contracting, understand key concepts related to fraud and abuse laws for provider contracting, identify basic contract provisions for provider contracting.This session will also provide understanding restrictive covenants and Tennessee restrictions, understand pros and cons of arbitration provisions, review miscellaneous contracting considerations.
