This was a fantastic CLE. I am a defense attorney. I wish district attorneys and the judges who take pleas would watch it.

great course, especially the history of the plea bargain and the evolution of attitude of courts towards the practice, perhaps a little more steered towards a federal practice (I'm strictly state court) but still very interesting and informative.

I am an Assistant District Attorney General and this topic was very insightful and thought provoking.

EXCEPTIONAL.
