Very insightful and entertaining

I learned how an attorney can provide info and encourage the mediator to help reach the goals of settling. I liked the ruling that was read at the end of the session!

Michael's presentations are always terrific! Learned a lot. I wish the on-line version included the materials (or maybe I just missed that).
