Good refresher. I liked the checklist approach the speakers used.
I previously knew little to nothing about the healthcare industry, so almost all of this was new information to me. However, I found the list of considerations for contracts, and overall the way the presenters explained the content of and necessary provisions in contracts in this industry to be helpful considering employment contracts as a whole. I would say that this presentation, though specific, was useful for a wider subject matter as well.
