This course will provide individuals with an introduction to the state and federal laws that govern the provision of benefits to Service Members, Veterans, and their families in Tennessee. It will also provide information on legal issues currently before Congress, the states and the courts on the scope of the federal statutes and regulations governing assistance with veteran’ claims.
