This session features a learning conversation with three experienced Arbitrators who have dealt with multiple subject matter areas within the Arbitration setting. The Panel will familiarize trial lawyers with those things you can (or cannot do) in arbitration that may be second nature at the courthouse. They also share their experiences and knowledge from a “working lawyer” standpoint that gives them a perspective from different seats in the Arbitral forum. There will be dialogue between the Panelists as they share their own experiences and tips to enhance the Arbitral process.
