Description: This seminar is designed to expose the appellate practitioner to the time-honored techniques of effective appellate advocacy. In this seminar, you will learn how to present an effective oral argument in the appellate courts. The seminar teaches the importance of preparation as a general matter, as well as techniques for preparing a particular case. The seminar also teaches the critical factors to presenting an effective oral argument to the court. Finally, the seminar teaches how to prepare for questions from an appellate court.
