The International Law Section's annual forum provided a broad array of topics relevant to the international law practitioner. Moderated by attorney Terry Olsen, the foreign direct investment session features transatlantic trade and investment specialist Adam Breeze who provides his insight and vision for Tennessee’s FDI current & future projects. Breeze is the Director of Business Development (United Kingdom and Ireland) for the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development's global team. The second session features Thomas Ritter, who discusses ransomware from an international perspective, focusing on the trends in ransomware and on recent legal developments. Finally, the third session will feature attorney Larry Harrington discussing international business practices in South America.
