He will discuss the AG’s opinion on sentence enhancement for hate crimes against transgender individuals, Amendment to Bill SB 1304, House Bill 1274 and House Bill 563. Additionally, attorneys Regina Hillman and Tim Capria discuss advocating for LGBT attorneys in law firms.
