Faculty Profile: Robb Harvey

Robb Harvey is a trial lawyer and practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property, media and entertainment, franchise and commercial litigation.  For nearly 30 years, Robb has litigated on behalf of franchisors, covering areas including terminations, trademarks, RICO and tax.  He has successfully resolved scores of lawsuits for franchisors including the Shoney's, Lee's Famous Recipe and Servpro Industries systems.
