Faculty Profile: Kevin Weaver

KEVIN W. WEAVER is a partner in the Cordova law firm of Weaver & Craig, P.C., where his practice is devoted primarily to adoption and probate/estate planning.  Within his adoption practice, he has represented adopting couples, birth parents and adoption agencies in matters including surrenders, termination of parental rights and interstate, international, relative and private placement adoptions.  Mr. Weaver is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He has spoken at several National Business Institute seminars on adoption law and for the Tennessee State Court Clerks Association on the procedural aspects of adoption law.  He is also a frequent speaker to fellow attorneys on adoption law issues.  Mr. Weaver received his B.A. degree from Baylor University and J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
