Faculty Profile: Jeffrey Zager

Jeffrey Zager is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1985. He served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Higgins, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee. He was in private practice for twenty-three years with Trabue, Sturdivant & DeWitt and with Miller & Martin, PLLC, in Nashville, where his practice included complex civil litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. He has served as a Staff Attorney to the Tennessee Supreme Court from February 2011 through June 2023.
