Faculty Profile: Paul Davidson

Paul Davidson's practice focuses on trial work and complex business and commercial litigation on both sides of the docket. He has served as lead trial counsel for plaintiffs and the defense in courts across the country,  including California, New York, Utah, Ohio, Michigan, Alabama and Washington, D.C.  Paul brings a high level of insight, strategy and willingness to share risks through innovative fee arrangements to every case.  He represents private and public companies, professional services firms, private equity firms, and individuals in a broad array of areas, including antitrust, securities, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and trusts and estates.  He is recognized in Chambers USA (Business Litigation), Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation, Securities, Antitrust and Intellectual Property; and was named 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Litigation and Antitrust).
