Biography

Cindy Ettingoff has a varied practice background, a significant portion of which has been focused on labor and employment law. She is licensed to practice law in all Tennessee State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee. She is Tennessee Supreme Court listed as a TN Rule 31 Civil Mediator and Family Mediator, as well as a mediator trainer. She is also a CPR and FINRA arbitrator. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, past chair of the ADR section of the Tennessee Bar Association, past president of Tennessee Association for Professional Mediators, and the American Bar Association. She serves as a commissioner on the TN Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and is a member of the board of the Community Justice and Mediation Center. She has served as a case reviewer for the American Bar Association employment law section’s midwinter publication since 2014.
