Faculty Profile: Keith Dennen

Keith C. Dennen is a member of the Nashville office of Dickinson Wright PLLC, where his main areas of practice are litigation, healthcare law, commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property and employment law. Mr. Dennen is a frequent lecturer on business organizations and related topics. Mr. Dennen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis. He is a former chair of the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Ethics and Professionalism Committee and the former chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division's Ethics and Professionalism Committee. He received the TBA/YLD's President's Distinguished Service Award for his service as chair of the Publications Committee which produced the Tennessee Ethics Handbook and the Tennessee Local Rules of Court. He is a member of the Nashville, Sumner County, and Tennessee Bar Associations.
