Faculty Profile: Richard Mangelsdorf Jr

Chuck Mangelsdorf's practice focuses on civil litigation, ADR/mediation, product liability, professional liability, transportation law and premises liability. He has tried to verdict over 40 jury trials in state and federal courts, and has tried over 100 non-jury cases and routinely advocates for clients in mediation and judicial settlement conferences. Chuck routinely speaks to claims professionals and risk managers throughout the Southeast on the subjects of Tennessee tort law and transportation law issues.
