Biography

   Chuck Mangelsdorf's practice focuses on civil litigation, ADR/mediation, product liability, dram shop, trucking/ transportation law and premises liability. He has tried to verdict 85 jury trials in Tenn. state and federal courts, and has tried over 100 non-jury cases. He  routinely advocates for clients in mediation/ADR and is a rule 31 listed mediator. Chuck speaks to claims professionals and risk managers throughout the Southeast on the subjects of Tennessee tort law and transportation law issues.

  Chuck is a native Tennessean and lived in Franklin for 50 years. He has been a Fellow of the National Speleological Society for 25 years and is an avid cave explorer. With  Tennessee's 11,000 known caves Chuck has plenty of opportunities to get underground  in caves, deep pits and chasms with his caving buddies.

 Chuck is married to Jennifer Thompson, a long-time Nashville criminal defense trial lawyer.
