Faculty Profile: Darlene Marsh

Darlene is Past Chair of the TBA Environmental Law Section, NBA Environmental Law Committee and Past President of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Ms Marsh served on the TDEC Drycleaner Environmental Response Board and Underground Storage Tank Board, as well as chair of the UST Board. She practices primarily in environmental compliance and commercial real estate with an emphasis on finance and has been recognized by Chambers International, Best Lawyers in America, Mid-South Super Lawyers and Who's Who Legal International.
