Faculty Profile: R. Eddie Davidson

Eddie Davidson has litigated catastrophic injury cases for more than 25 years, having worked on cases from California to the Carolinas, from Texas to Idaho. Recently, he successfully represented the surviving parents of a five-year-old girl in a wrongful death suit against general motors in the GM Ignition Switch Litigation in the Southern District of New York. He has successfully litigated complex fuels explosion cases against international corporate defendants. He has for many years been involved in interstate trucking litigation and tractor-trailer collisions. Having interviewed countless jurors and conducted hundreds of focus groups nationwide, Eddie sees certain decision-making patterns and dynamics emerging in this information age.
