Russell W. Adkins is a Civil Trial Specialist certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky and is a Supreme Court Rule 31 general civil mediator.

He also serves as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Kingsport.
