Faculty Profile: Russell Adkins

Russell W. Adkins is a Civil Trial Specialist certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
He handles cases including personal injury, medical malpractice defense, will contests, premises liability, and business and contract disputes.
He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, and is a Supreme Court Rule 31 general civil mediator. He is a Past President of the Kingsport Bar Association, and has served in leadership roles with numerous community organizations.
He is a 1990 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.
