Faculty Profile: Anthony Cappiello Jr

My responsibilities include acquisition and disposition of real estate for our company. Intertwined with acquisition, I work with lenders to create adequate financing, develop and strategy for redevelopment and implement design and construction. I also manage my team of both staff members and professionals.

Ingenious Concepts is a firm that designs and creates restaurants, offices and restaurants. This consulting and design firm assists clients with formalizing ideas and concepts into operations. I assist with both the creation process and select materials, equipment and furnishings for the business. Most recent completed project, icon ultra lounge in the Sunsphere.

While the State of Tennesssee does not offer a certification in Transactional Law, my primary area of practice is real estate transactions and contract law. I assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions of real estate and leasing. Additionally, I work with small businesses with establishingi their entitties such as limited liability companies, corporations as well as any other contract issues. More rescently, i have represented clients in municipal matters such as obtaining variances, re-zoning, alley closures, and property tax appeals.
