Faculty Profile: Michael Jameson

Mike Jameson is the Urban Forestry Coordinator for Metro Water Services in Nashville. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and from the University of Tennessee School of Law with honors. He was a founding member of the law firm of North, Pursell, Ramos & Jameson and practiced civil litigation for over 20 years. He most recently served as Legislative Director for the Mayor’s Office in Nashville, and prior to that served as Director & Legal Counsel for the Metro Council Office. He served two terms as a Metro Council member for East Nashville and downtown, and then as a Judge for Division 8 of the General Sessions courts of Davidson County.
