Faculty Profile: Marcy Shelton

Marcy E. Shelton has served as Disciplinary Counsel- Investigations for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility since July 2019 after a 29 year career in private practice in real estate law. Prior to joining the Board, she represented sellers, buyers, lenders, developers and investors in transactions involving affordable housing developments, shopping centers, residential and office developments and in zoning and real property disputes. Shelton holds degrees from the University of Tennessee and her law degree from University of Tennessee College of Law.
