Biography

Mary Ellen Knack is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Tax Division of the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.  For over 19 years, she has represented the Department of Revenue, the State Board of Equalization, and other regulatory boards in civil litigation and UAPA matters.  She is licensed in Tennessee and Florida and earned a J.D. from the University of Memphis, where she graduated with honors and served as a Law Review associate editor.
