Linda Rose is the Founding Member of Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC, in Nashville. This firm, which was started in 1990, grew to be one of the top small immigration law firms in the country. Under Linda’s leadership, the firm has been listed in Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration, Nashville’s Best Firms, and World News & Reports. The firm emphasizes PERM labor certification, O&P visas in the music and entertainment industries, international transfers, and university research/teaching. The firm also handles family immigration, humanitarian cases, and federal court litigation. Linda has practiced immigration law for 37 years. She is the Vice Chair of the Latin America Chapter and has been on the executive board of LACC since it began. She also leads the LACC monthly webinar program. She has served numerous terms on the AILA DOL Liaison Committee and the ACES Committee (for arts, athletics, business, education, and sciences). She held a seat on the AILA Board of Governors for 14 years, and in 2012 was recipient of the AILA Susan Quarles Service Excellence Award. She taught Immigration Law and Policy at Vanderbilt University Law School for 17 years. She does have a life outside of law, however.
