Faculty Profile: Jonathan Stephens

Jonathan R. Stephens is Staff Attorney for the Tennessee State Employees Association. TSEA is the only association of state employees in Tennessee providing assistance on legal and employment issues as well as promoting a legislative agenda to improve employee rights. He represents state employees in administrative law hearings related to disciplinary matters before the state board of appeals. He has practiced law in Tennessee for close to 25 years primarily in the areas of insurance defense, health care law and juvenile law.
