TN & GA Law Licensed since 1993. Fellow, American Bar Foundation (2016). BV Distinguished Peer Review Rated: Very High in Legal Ability & Ethical Standards, Martindale-Hubbell. Admitted to all courts serving those states, including the U.S. Supreme Court. UT Law 1992. TN Supreme Court Rule 31 Family/Civil/Domestic Violence Mediator. FINRA Securities Arbitrator, Panel Chair & Expungement Qualified. USDOJ/Key Bridge Foundation ADA Mediator. Collaborative Law Practice trained. E. and Middle TN U.S. District Courts Mediation Panels. TN Division of Individuals With Intellectual Disabilities (DIDS) Protection From Harm" Mediator. Past instructor in legal studies at local university and for Kaplan LSAT Preparatory Course. Co-authored TN Alternative Dispute Resolution Handbook (Thomson Reuters 1997). Recipient, Chattanooga Bar Association's President's Award and twice recipient of Volunteer/Beyond the Call of Duty Award for leadership in continuing legal education and fee dispute arbitration.
