Biography

Molly Glover is an experienced trial attorney. She has served as lead counsel in over 40 jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. She has significant experience defending lawsuits filed against attorneys, physicians, nursing home personnel, dentists, pharmacists, and insurance professionals. In addition she has served as lead trial counsel in complex matters involving products liability, premises liability, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and bad faith. She has appeared before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Supreme Court, and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Glover was recently listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 mediator and was selected by her peers as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in 2013. She is also an active member of the Leo Bearman Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
