Faculty Profile: Lee Harkavy

Lee Harkavy is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Service Team.  He concentrates his practice in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and real estate transactions.  Prior to returning to the practice of law in 2007, he spent 9 years as a business executive primarily leading the acquisition or capital markets department.
