Laura Perry, is a 1993 graduate of the University of Tennessee Law School. She is the owner of Homeland Title in Franklin, Tennessee. Her company has closed over 14,000 real estate transactions. Laura has over 23 years of experience as an attorney and over 13 years focusing solely in real estate, construction, contracts, and commercial property. Laura is an Approved Instructor for the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and Tennessee Bar Association. She is considered a leader in the Title industry concerning the new government regulations that took effect October 2, 2015. Attorneys, Title Agents, Lenders and Realtors have attended Laura’s classes all across Tennessee.
