Biography

Ms. Wellford is a skilled litigator representing large and small businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in civil litigation.  She has broad experience representing clients for more than 25 years in cases involving business disputes, construction issues, non-competition litigation, breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property, products liability, defamation, fraud, lender liability, property disputes, and insurance coverage, among others.  Ms. Wellford also represents clients in arbitration.

In addition, Ms. Wellford acts as outside general counsel to a number of clients.  Her work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, developing strategies to avoid legal issues, and assisting in strategic planning from a legal perspective.
