Faculty Profile: Stacie Caraway

Starting shortly after kindergarten, Stacie Caraway, has been engaged in the practice of law for over 3 decades. She currently is a partner with Miller & Martin PLLC based in Chattanooga. She is a frequent local, regional, and national speaker and when not fighting crime by night advises both public and private employers of all sizes regarding how to comply with applicable state and federal laws concerning employee leave and pregnancy, disability, and religious accommodation as well as anti-discrimination, harassment, and retaliation laws while still operating effectively.  She also represents them in court and before federal and state agencies when they make decisions without calling her first 😊.
