Faculty Profile: Angela Youngberg

Angela's practice focuses on healthcare regulatory compliance and operations and acquisitions and sales of healthcare entities. She has experience in federal and state fraud and abuse matters involving Stark, anti-kickback laws, fee splitting, corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, coding and billing compliance, formation of new healthcare entities, corporate law, payor audits and appeals, and the False Claims Act.  Angela has been recognized by her peers in Chambers USA, SuperLawyers, and Best Lawyers in health law.
