Biography

Page Kelley concentrates his practice in the areas of entertainment and intellectual property law, particularly in the representation of individual and corporate clients in contractual and transactional matters.
Page began his legal practice with the firm of Brown and Wood in New York, specializing in corporate and securities transactions, and began his entertainment law practice in 1990, with the firm of Marshall, Morris, Wattenberg and Platt. From 1992 to 1994, he worked in the New York office of Arista Records as a director of Business and Legal Affairs.
After moving to Nashville in the fall of 1994, Page acted as counsel to the Entertainment and Intellectual Property Practice Group of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs. He was brought on as Arista/Nashville's Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs in January of 1997. In July of 2000, Page moved to Word Entertainment as Vice President of Business Affairs for Word's recorded music, music publishing and distribution companies. Page began his solo practice of law in July of 2002, ultimately merging his practice to form Baker & Kelley, PLLC in 2006. Page joined the Firm in August 2010.
Page was again selected by his peers for inclusion in 2019 Best Lawyers in Americar in the practice areas of Entertainment Law-Motion Pictures and Television, Entertainment Law-Music, and Copyright Law. Chambers USA 2019 has recognized Page as a ranked attorney in the practice area of Media & Entertainment. Page is a voting member of the Country Music Association (CMA) and the Academy of Country Music (ACM).
Page was educated at Washington and Lee University, and University of Virginia School of Law.
