Biography

Keith is an experienced litigation attorney with more than twenty-seven (27) years of experience in the areas of construction disputes, homeowners association issues, personal injury claims, real property disputes, contract drafting and review, business litigation, and estate and trust litigation. 

Keith has a Preeminent AV Rating for ethical standards and legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell's rating system and an overall Peer Rating of a 4.9/5.0 in the areas of litigation, personal injury and construction law as recorded by Martindale-Hubbell.  AVVO rates Keith as a Superb 10/10 Rating.

Keith currently serves as the Judge for the Town of Farragut's Municipal Court, as the Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Farragut, as a Hearing Committee Panel Member for the Tennessee Supreme Court's Board of Professional Responsibility, and as a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. Keith is a past President of both the Loudon County Bar Association and Legal Aid of East Tennessee and maintains an active membership in the Knoxville, Loudon County, and Tennessee Bar Associations.
