Keith has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of personal injury claims, property and construction disputes, contract negotiation and preparation, business lawsuits, estate and trust litigation, and workers’ compensation issues. Keith also has an overall Peer Rating of a 4.9/5.0 in the areas of litigation, personal injury and construction law as recorded by Martindale-Hubbell and a Superb 10/10 Rating in the AVVO, Inc. rating system. Keith serves as the Judge for the Town of Farragut's Municipal Court, as the Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Farragut, as a Hearing Committee Panel Member for the Tennessee Supreme Court's Board of Professional Responsibility, as an Officer of the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of East Tennessee and as a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
