Attorney Hardaway is also listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Family Mediator, assisting parties in mediating their differences in order to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

Attorney Hardaway has over 25 years of experience as a federal civil rights attorney and administrative judge, state prosecutor and criminal defense attorney and general litigator.  She has served as Regional Counsel for the State Department of Children’s Services in Shelby County Tennessee. ​ ​
