Biography

Stacy is the Chief Legal Officer of The Trust Company of Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors, from the University of Tennessee. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate, with honors, at UT. Stacy earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Knoxville Estate Planning Council, and Chairman of Tennessee Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection. Stacy also has 25 years of experience in business and individual tax planning, with a focus on gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
