Admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and in the following federal courts: Middle District of Tennessee, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Am certified as a specialist in the area of consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Formally served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and presently serve on the Board of Directors for the American Board of Certification. Am presently the President of the Middle Tennessee Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
