Thomas (Tom) B. Norris, Jr. is a solo practitioner having his office in Nashville, Tennessee and licensed since 1996. Education includes a BS from Middle Tennessee State University, 1982, JD from Nashville School of Law, 1996, and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, 2007. Areas of practice concentration are: business entity & capital formation including exempt securities, tax entity entry & exit structuring including non-profits; business acquisition, sales & merger; secured transactions & sales (UCC); leasehold; general tax; estate planning; and creditor rights.
