Biography
Alicia is Associate General Counsel for Blue Cross BlueShield of Tennessee. Prior to joining BlueCross BlueShield, she was a shareholder at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ms. Oliver received her J.D. from The University of Memphis - Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a B.S. in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Mississippi.
