William E. Bill" Miller was born in 1964 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Bill is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University, Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Religious Education degree and a graduate of Temple Baptist Seminary, where he received a Master of Religious Education degree. Bill attended law school at the University of Memphis. During law school, he received the Dean's Award for outstanding achievement in Federal Income Tax, Trial Advocacy and Legal Clinic.
Mr. Miller has been awarded a Master Teacher Certification from the Evangelical Training Association. Mr. Miller was a member of the Leo A. Bearman, Sr. chapter of the American Inns of Court, and has been recognized in Who's Who in America.
Mr. Miller is an ordained minister of the Southern Baptist Convention, and has taught the Bible for over 35 years. "
