Faculty Profile: Timothy Francavilla

Timothy J. Francavilla graduated from Colgate University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 1994. Thereafter, he obtained his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1997. Since obtaining his law degree, Mr. Francavilla has worked continuously for the Brannon Law Firm focusing mainly on Criminal and DUI defense. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer at numerous DUI seminars over the years for such organizations as the Tennessee Bar Association; Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; Memphis Bar Association; Ben F. Jones Chapter and the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Francavilla has also lectured for several years at ITT Technical Institute, where he has spoken to the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Sections.
